Northern Belle is a charming cottage located on one of Saint Simons Island’s favorite beaches. This home has high ceilings, nautical antiques, floor to ceiling book cases, four bedrooms with three private baths, washer/ dryer, cable tv and internet. Neighborhood amenities include two private heated swimming pools and a private beach entrance to a sun deck and pavilion. Coast Cottage Lane has been featured on HGTV and numerous times in Coastal Magazine. Northern Bell is a delightful cottage, fully furnished and ready for your family to enjoy. This home is located in Coast Cottages, one of the best vacation spots on Saint Simons. The master bedroom which has a queen bed and a full bath and is located on the second floor off the kitchen/ living area. The next three bedrooms are located on the first floor along with the washing and dryer area. Bedroom two has two queen beds and a full bath with two vanities. Bedroom three has a queen bed and shares a full bathroom with two vanities with bedroom number four. The fourth bedroom has two sets of bunks. These bunks have full beds on the bottom. With a twin bed on the top.Northern Bell has a wonderful kitchen with all new updated stainless steel appliances and a brand new cappuccino/espresso machine. It has a breakfast counter that sits six. It also has a large dining table that seats six. The living area has plenty of sofas and chairs and a brand new 52 inch flatscreen with surround sound. All of this and just a short stroll from your front door to the pool and beachGeorgia Beach Rentals would like to make your vacation as stress free as possible. Services that we offer for an additional charge include bike rentals, golf cart rentals, kayak tours, fishing excursions, sunset cruises, island trolley tours and much more. We can also have one of the local island chefs come to your home and prepare a meal for you and your guests. **Any of these services will need a seven to ten day advance notice during the summer season.**Each of our properties comes with the followingLinens, towels, dishes, standard kitchenware, hairdryer, an iron, and wireless internet/cable television services. So you won’t have to start your vacation with a trip to the store, we supply you with the following essentials:2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom1 roll of paper towels2 trash bags2 laundry detergent pods2 dishwasher soap pods1 bar of soap in each bathroomLiquid hand soapLiquid dish soapGeorgia Beach Rentals also offers a grocery shopping service.
