Coastal Charm: 1/1 Studio in City – 10 mins to Downtown! 15 mins to Lido BeachRelaxing, peaceful space that’s perfect for working business professionals, small families with children, and couples looking for a weekend getaway to unwind. Located in central Sarasota, this property is within a 15 minute drive from Siesta Key Beach, downtown Sarasota, St. Armand’s, and a variety of local restaurants and shopping centers. A separate doorway entrance ensures complete privacy during entire stay.This is a cute guest suite built out of the garage end of our home. It has two rooms with a small bathroom (370 sq. ft. total) and has been remodeled within the past three years to include updated furniture, hurricane-impact windows, insulated drywall, a refinished shower and a barn door to separate the kitchen/bathroom area from the living area. The sofa pulls out to a queen size bed to allow for an additional sleeping area if needed. All water provided in the space is well water that has been filtered and softened with our recently-installed softening system (August 2021).Central heating and cooling with a thermostat in this space is available for guests to control the temperature to their own comfort during their stay.The space is also equipped with a range/oven and full-size fridge. This makes long-term stays much more comfortable as you can easily prepare meals for a cozy night indoors.The TV is a Roku TV that includes subscriptions to YouTube TV for local channels, Netflix and Hulu. WiFi is high-speed at 400 mbps. Additionally, we do not use cameras or any monitoring devices of any kind so our guests have complete privacy during their stay.Beach amenities include: 2 beach chairs, 4+ beach towels, and a beach umbrella.The suite is within walking distance to Arlington Park and Pinecraft and is a short drive from downtown Sarasota, St. Armand’s, and the Ringling Bridge.
