Beautiful house that is located in west Bradenton, Florida, and just 10 minutes from gorgeous Anna Maria Island. Anna Maria Island is known for having 7 miles of the most beautiful white-sand beaches in the country. This house is in a great end cul-de-sac location in a quiet neighborhood close to grocery stores, shopping, and many restaurants. Take a walk or bike ride into Palma Sola to Portosueno Park and see the Manatees, or a little further to Palma Sola Bay and watch the swimming horses!The space:There is a king-size bed in the master bedroom. There is a queen-size bed in the second bedroom. There are two roll-away beds that can be kept in the master bedroom or could be placed in the large living room. Comfortable living room with a sectional couch and 75 inch TV with Netflix, Hulu, and more! There is a kitchen table with 6 chairs but there is also seating just off the kitchen in the Florida room. There is also outdoor seating in the front of the house.Guest access:You will have access to the entire house. The washer and dryer are located in the garage.Other things to note:We provide beach accessories such as towels, floaties, boogie boards, chairs, etc… You will also have access to bicycles to ride around the neighborhood or to the local shopping center.This house does back to a major road making it convenient to get places but can cause noise during the day, especially at high traffic times. Please be aware that traffic can sometimes be heard within the house.
