The old flooring was saved during renovation on the second floor and staircase.The first floor has a new comfortable queen size sofa bed in the living area and a 1/2 bath. The room is open concept and includes the kitchen. The back yard is near this unit and there’s a small balcony off the master bedroom.The living room and each bedroom have ceiling fans operated from a wall switch only.Our Standard 5-Star cleaning protocols are designed to address a broad range of viruses including Covid-19.Our Professional cleaning staff utilizes bleach-based cleaning products and disinfectants to make sure that exceptional cleaning has taken place after each guest has left, and before each new guest has arrived.We are paying particularly close attention to all the remote controls, keypads, light switches, hand railings and any touch surfaces.Rest assured we want to make sure that you are staying in a clean safe environment.OwnersRobert & JanetteGuest accessOnsite parking for 1 carYou will have full use of grounds and individual apartment.
