Linens are provided with this unit, as well as a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, and coffee. These items will not be replenished during your stay.NO PETS; NO SMOKING. PARKING FOR TWO VEHICLES ONLY. Ocean Oaks has two private beach access points and a community pool. NOTE: Rental guests are not allowed to have pets in the cottage at any time. This doesn’t imply that the rental is a completely pet-free property.
