The non-mandatory single membership fee of $25 per day, including tennis and social ( fitness center, Olympic-sized pool, steam room and sauna). Single, family tennis and social or just social membership options are available to customize your package.The spacious master bedroom has a king size bed, a walk-in closet and a private walk-in shower. The second bedroom is furnished with 2 twin sized beds.We proudly provide a fully furnished abode, with bed linens & towels, small kitchen appliances and household items (plates, glasses, utensils, etc.), washer & dryer. In addition, we provide beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella and bicycle. Of course, the home comes a TV as well as cable, free wi-fi, etc.To keep the community safe, association requires application approval for every person over age 18. The Application Fee is $150 per couple/family. The application should be submitted at least 20 days in advance to allow for the processing.
