This calm and peaceful 3 bedroom house has bright and sunny rooms, sits up on a hill and often gets a nice breeze on those warm summer days. Sit out by the fire with the family. Enjoy relaxing outdoor showers in the secluded backyard. Play corn hole while having a cookout on the grill with private outdoor dining in the backyard or sit on the front deck for sunset cocktails. Located only 6 minutes from downtown Mystic and 2 minutes from Mystic Aquarium & Mistick Village. Easy access to I-95. The location is ideal for two couples or a small family. Both the master bedroom upstairs and downstairs bedroom offer high-end, comfy tempur-pedic mattresses. The kids guest room located upstairs, next to the master, is furnished with 2 twin size beds. Enjoy a private backyard while BBQ’ing, outdoor dining, and relaxing with friends and family. Sit around the fire and toast some marshmallows late into the night. After a long day at the beach or strolling the quaint streets of downtown Mystic, the outdoor shower is a peaceful retreat in the evening with the flickering tiki torches or first thing in the morning with the sound of the birds chirping. You can catch great sunsets off the front deck while the back deck offers more shade from the late day sun. A coffee bar and kitchen are well equipped for staying in and cooking at home but don’t forget that Mystic has so many great options for dining out too. We have a washer and dryer at your disposal located in the basement area. The house has only a small single bathroom and is therefor more suitable for small groups of two or a family with a few kids.
