The main floor hosts a spacious secondary primary suite with an en suite featuring a tiled walk-in shower with a glass door, a built-in tub, and a dual vanity. The second floor proffers a beautiful primary suite with a private deck offering glorious views, a spa-like bathroom with a dual vanity, soaking tub, and a tiled walk-in shower with glass doors. Outdoor living spaces are woven throughout the space, including a covered porch and the swimming pool that reaches out to the marsh.No smoking, no pets, and no events, no exceptions will be made. Elevator at home is restricted to use for guests with mobility challenges only and only available upon request/approval. Pool has an electric heater and can be heated during shoulder seasons ($50 per day), electric heaters are not able to keep up in temps consistently under 50 degrees so it is not for use in winter.When you stay with ESPM for 3-21 nights you will receive a valuable credit of up to $280 (amount dependent on length of stay) to use toward beach gear, bikes, etc. Credit may not be available for last minute bookings, 48 hours notice is required.As our guest, you will have access to 5 Championship Golf Courses – including The Ocean Course – the location of the 2021 PGA Championship; The Kiawah Island Resort Tennis Center – #1 ranked by Tennis Resorts Online; Free Wireless Internet Access;.
