Located at MP 6.5 between the roads. Built in 1972, much of the interior remains unchanged, including some of the decor & artifacts! 2 full baths & 2 queen beds, along with 2 twin beds. Comfortable furniture, kitschy decor, front porch and under-house area, lots of kitchen utensils, etc. Games, books, Wi-Fi, TV’s and the same beach & salt air as available at places costing 12 times as much!!1 block from the Beach Road & 5th St beach access at the LIFEGUARD BEACH. 3 blocks from the Avalon Fishing Pier. Target/CVS/Starbucks is at the end of the street, within walking distance.
