Host is not responsible for issues associated with street parking.Other Things to Note:House rules:• Absolutely no smoking in or near the building. Any smoking must be outdoors and at least 25 ft from the property. Guests will be fined if smoking policy is violated.• No parties or events (gatherings over max occupancy will be shut down immediately unless previously approved by host)• Check-in is anytime after 4PM• Glitter of any kind is not allowed in the unit. Any sign of glitter throughout the unit will result in an immediate $100 cleaning remediation fee.Check-out Instructions- Check-out is 11am- Clean the dishes & return them.- Turn TV off- Leave AC on in summer and heat on in winter- Lock door behind you
