Enter through the front door of the house with our keyless entry so that you can come and go as you please during your stay. As you walk through the front door you will be welcomed by the the perfect little kitchen a high top dining table. The living room is perfectly set up with a little desk if you need a place to work, a smart TV so that you can log into your steaming account and pick up right where you left off before your travels, and a plush sofa that doubles into a single bed in case you need a little more sleeping room! The master has a king bed and a Roku TV to kick back and relax to after your adventurous day. The other guest bedroom has a comfortable queen bed for a peaceful night of sleep!2. Your kitchen is stocked with cookware, utensils, drinking glasses, coffee cups, plates & bowls, microwave oven, toaster, cooking spices, and a Keurig. There is a large refrigerator with a freezer and a stovetop with oven as well for all your cooking needs.3. Feel at home with stocked coffee pods, tea and creamer, and complimentary drinks and snacks.4. For your convenience, the bathroom is well stocked with large fluffy towels, soft toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. We also provide feminine products and face wipes.5. For the Kiddos: We happily provide a high chair and pack n play for your little ones!6. For those nights in or when you have time to spare, enjoy some games we have provided under the TV in the living rom!The Neighborhood:You can’t get much closer to anything in Old Colorado City! You will find yourself right in the middle of all of the fun and quirky shops, restaurants, coffee shops, and the OCC park nearby as well! Enjoy the farmers markets that take place on the weekends during the summer months and the live bands that frequent the patios all over OCC during the warmer months too!Getting Around:There are a lot of Lyfts and Uber rides that make traveling around quite easy, but if your plan is to stay in OCC, know you will be walking distance from all of the restaurants, bars, and shops along W Colorado Avenue, which truly is the heart of Old Colorado City!Other Things to Note:For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations.
