For avid walkers there are plenty of walking paths and pedestrian friendly spaces that make their way to the city center.This 3BD/2BA home is vibrant with colorful touches! Modern furnishings paired with Mid-Century inspiration creates a clean and inviting atmosphere. The home allows you to breathe with a nice blend of minimalism and fun. Fully remodeled from its original 1954 frame, it’s fresh and new with high end fixtures and touches.An open backyard space to allow you to entertain your group with covered dining to escape the sun and all amenities you hope to find outdoors during your vacation! Pool, Fire Pit, Hot tub and BBQ . . . you have it all.NOTE: Apologies, but there is no garage access for guests.POOL HEAT: Elevate your stay with the option to heat the pool, available upon request at time of booking or prior to your arrival. This feature ensures your pool is a comfortable 87º from 7 AM to 7 PM throughout your entire stay. Rates vary seasonally: NOV-MAR at $75/night and APR/MAY/OCT at $50/night. Pool heat is not needed during the months not listed. Note that pool heating must be consecutive days and requires a minimum 24-hour notice for optimal warmth on your first night. For any inquiries, feel free to reach out to us directly—we’re here to enhance your experience.HOT TUB: Indulge in the ultimate relaxation with our hot tub, conveniently heated at your fingertips using a remote control. Simply activate it whenever you desire, creating the perfect atmosphere for a soothing soak during your stay.Additional Policies & Rules-No outdoor music.
