Both units can accommodate up to 10 guests and feature hotel-quality bed and bath linens in each room.The master bedroom in the upper unit boasts a king-size bed, while the other two bedrooms have a king bed and a queen bed, respectively. In the ground-level unit, the master bedroom includes a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom, while the other bedroom has a queen bed. The guest bathroom also doubles as a laundry room, featuring a washer and dryer.The backyard is fully enclosed and comes complete with seating on the patio, and a charcoal grill. Guests can park on the driveway, but the garage is not accessible. A variety of snacks and Keurig K-cups are also provided for guests to enjoy.**There is a shed located on the grounds of this property, occupied by a long-term tenant who has a separate entry and does not have access to the main house. Please be assured that your privacy and security are our top priorities. The long-term tenant is respectful of our guests’ space, and their living quarters are entirely independent of the accommodations set aside for our visitors.This is a non-smoking property, not suitable for events, children are welcome.
