Your dream vacation begins on the Gulf of Mexico with plenty of white sand, gorgeous sunsets and amazing fun times for all ages. As new owners, we take pride in providing our guests with a stunning beachfront view and relaxing accommodations. This condo has a 250 plus square foot covered deck. This floor plan sleeps six comfortably and has a large living/dining area. The master suite has a king bed, sliding glass doors overlooking the Gulf and a private full-size bathroom. The second bedroom is equipped with a queen bed and private access to a second full-size bathroom which is also accessible from the living area. Both bedrooms have 32 inch HD flat-screen TVs while the living area has a 50 inch HD flat-screen TV with DVD, CD, and surround sound. Enjoy the beautiful view from the living room’s sliding glass doors that open up to a covered deck overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The living area is newly furnished with a cozy loveseat and a queen sized sleeper sofa. This condo has a dining/kitchen area with a large glass dinner table and a modern kitchen that is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite counter-tops and a breakfast bar, not to mention a laundry area with a washer and dryer for your convenience. This is the perfect escape for a family of six or for an adult romantic getaway with plenty of privacy. Enjoy the beautiful ocean view and amazing sunsets in comfort and style. Your vacation condo is conveniently located in the middle of the 5th floor near elevators leading to private covered parking and a bridge to a three story garage with easy access to Churchwell Road leading to the major thoroughfares in friendly Panama City Beach.You will find Ocean Villa has amenities which include a seasonally heated indoor/outdoor pool, an outdoor pool with sun deck, oversize hot tub, steam room, sauna, exercise room and pool deck pavilion with barbecue grills and picnic tables.
