The wainscoted dining area offers elegance and, through its French doors, another porch access. Enjoy eating either place or at the nearby breakfast bar. The well-stocked chef’s kitchen is equipped with stainless appliances, granite counters, a farm sink and is close to the ample laundry room. This level also houses two bedrooms. The first is a generous, bayed King Master with a large walk-in closet, beautifully appointed Master Bath ensuite, and amazing views inside as well as through its porch entry. The second main-floor bedroom, also proffering water views, is furnished with a Queen and a Twin and utilizes the hall Full Bath (with a very spacious tiled shower and granite vanity) just outside its door.Upstairs, the natural light-filled landing holds a table and chairs-perfect for game-playing or doing a puzzle. Off this central space are three bedrooms. The first is another roomy King Master with a cove ceiling, and sizable ensuite housing a double marble vanity, a tiled shower with a bench, and armoire for hanging clothes.
