From your private bedroom balcony you can enjoy the peaceful lagoon waters. With just a short walk to your deeded beach access, you will be relaxing in no time. When you tire of the surf and the sand, you can lounge by the pool and hot tub that overlook Little Lagoon. It feels like a family resort island and you will want to experience it all for yourself! Play tennis, pickle ball or shuffle board night or day or grill by the Lagoon. Two piers with benches are lighted for your night time strolls. Park your boat or jet ski along with the trailer (additional fees paid at front office) or dock up at one of several boat slips. Gulf Shores Surf & Racquet Club has it all!This condo is tastefully decorated and has updates including wood plank tile floors, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. This is a 1 bedroom with a king bed plus a queen size pullout sofa in the living room so you can comfortably sleep 4. A fully equipped kitchen, cable tv and free wifi all make your stay more pleasant and stress free. When you are ready to see more of Gulf Shores you are only about a 5 minute drive to The Hangout, Sea-N- Suds and all the local attractions that make Gulf Shores such a popular destination.*** Minimum age requirement is 25 to reserve and must be present the entire stay*** No Pets*** This is a non-smoking property * No smoking in the property, on the balconies or on-premises***$50.00 for two parking passes.
