This home offers privacy and the convenience of being only 5 minutes from Burke mountain ski resort. Only 5 minutes from the center hub of the kingdom come trail in East Burke. Its only 20 minutes from Lake Willoughby. The local area offers a wide variety of activities including swimming, fishing, skiing, hiking, mountain biking, and so much more. There are many local breweries which include Heady Topper, Hill Farmstead and Caledonia Spirits. During the winter months you need to have all wheel drive or 4 wheel drive because the driveway is very steep. The home is sitting on top of a hillside and offers a stunning view of Burke mountain, the lake Willoughby Gap, and the Sheffield/ Lowell windmills. The view is always breath taking. The house is conveniently located right between a variety of trails and stores. The closest mountain bike trail to the house is the Kirby Connector and its 1.1 miles away. Burke Mountain is 3.9 miles from the house. Its 2.9 miles to the East Burke store and to the Kingdom Mountain bike trail. The closest store and town is only a 6 minute drive away.
