Our home is located 9 miles from the masters. It is 2500 sq ft with hardwood floors throughout the main floor. Kitchen has quartz countertops with all kitchen amenities provided. Nice deck with a gas grill. Convenient to grocery stores and restaurants.The master bedroom is downstairs with a king bed and spacious master bath that has a jetted tub. One bedroom upstairs has a full size bed and shares a jack and jill bathroom. The second bedroom has a full bed. The third bedroom has a full size bed with bunk on top and a private full bathroom.There are walking trails down to the river in the neighborhood with a private dock. A small playground for children to play and a pool (but it won’t be open). The driveway can fit two cars with plenty of curbside parking.I will be available by phone to answer questions and address any problems.Hope you enjoy your time in Augusta and at The Masters!
