Have fun with the whole family at this stylish and quiet home! Our home in Athens, Ga is a great place for any occasion. Just 2 miles from downtown, and 3 miles to Sanford Stadium this home is great for gameday, graduation, or a weekend in Athens. Its also perfect for a weekday stay for professionals or families. There are a few restaurants and bars within walking distance, as well as the Athens farmers market every Saturday!We have two bedrooms with private bathrooms, and two that share a bathroom. There is a great screen porch on the rear, and a concrete grilling patio on the side of the house. The back yard is great for pets or children- fully fenced in and with a great lawn. There are a minimum of two steps to get into the house, but once in there are no thresholds.
