This designer decorated “home away from home” is perfect for anyone in town for business, re-location while looking for/waiting to be built new home, family gatherings/re-unions/weddings, etc. It is very well appointed, is comfortable and cozy. It has a huge fun zen-like backyard with a chimenea and outdoor grill. If you stay long term, you may be interested in the 7 raised beds ready for planting and the fabulous greenhouse!This cozy, comfortable home has 2 family rooms, each with huge flat screen TV’s, an office, a large, bright fully equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom with shower/tub combo, 2 bedrooms (one with a small TV), and a laundry room with new washer/dryer.Historic Roswell has become a “destination” because of its hip, thriving, diverse dining, shopping, and arts district on Canton Street and the surrounding area with 30+ restaurants, many award winning! There is no lack of things to do in Roswell whether it be a historical tour, a cultural event, visiting art galleries, exploring the Chattahoochee, or enjoying one of the many award winning parks and trails. Roswell Area Park with its many walking trails is within a mile of the house. Enjoy Roswell’s famous “ALIVE IN ROSWELL” street party on the 3rd Thursday of every month from April-October! also Roswell has many event and wedding venues within a 2 to 3 mile radius… We are proud to live in Roswell and know that you will enjoy our house and Roswell as much as we do!!
