Spacious storage, 2 office desks, and newly remodeled in September 2022.ABOUT THE SPACE:- 2 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, providing privacy and featuring spacious walk-in closets.- 2 desks specifically designed for WFH professionals.- Convenient 2-car garage.- There are 2 external Ring cameras actively recording/monitoring the outdoor area (1 on the exterior side of the front door and 1 on the exterior side of the garage). There is no recording device in the interior of the house.- Sleeping arrangements include 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and a comfortable pullout sofa bed, accommodating up to 4 guests with a maximum capacity of 5.- Enjoy high-speed internet access throughout your stay.- A 55″ smart TV is available for easy connection to various movie apps.- Washer and dryer machines are provided within the unit.- The kitchen is fully equipped, and an initial toiletry starter kit will be provided for your convenience.- Breathe easy with the installation of a true HEPA filter in the AC system, reducing airborne contaminants such as allergens, smoke, dust, odors, and respiratory viruses (including COVID-19).- Six ultrasonic pest repellers are strategically placed throughout the unit, combating pests that may be encountered due to Houston’s humid climate.GUEST ACCESS:- Enjoy the convenience of a keyless smart lock and a seamless self check-in process at the front door.
