My home is centrally and conveniently located within the sunbelt area of Pebble Beach. The home site with a circular driveway and garage, is in the Pebble Beach (Del Monte) Forest and set in a quiet tree lined street. The entrance is exactly 1/2 mile inside of the Pebble Beach Highway One Security Gate . Trendy shopping areas of Carmel, Monterey and The Lodge are all less than a 10 minute drive. All 8 GOLF COURSES in Pebble Beach are located within 12 minutes. The home is designed with TWO WINGS, A MASTER AND A GRANNY UNIT, spacious and comfortable, allowing for privacy with a central REC ROOM for gathering featuring a pool table, card table, TV, bar. EACH WING has a master king size bedroom with bath. The bedrooms, including the Queen bedroom, and baths are at the ends of each wing.My home and neighborhood are NOT available for receptions, events nor gatherings, nor are they allowed. Our neighborhood is quiet and does not tolerate loud or absuive parties. Further, my neighbors have been asked to contact me should this occur for immediate action.The home provides easy access to the Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance, Equestrian Events, PB Food & Wine, Dixieland Festival, Jazz Festival, the ATT Pebble Beach National Pro Am, Porsche, Alfa, PB Food & Wine, The First Tee Invitational and the other many events on the PeninsulaThe master wing and the guest wing have a total of 3,000 sq ft of living space. All three of the bathrooms, the three bedrooms and the recreation room (with a bar, pool table, 60′ TV) have been remodeled. There is 300 mgb internet, and streaming TV.Each wing of the home has its own kitchen and Master Suite. Both master suites have a California King Size bed (7’x7′) and attached bathroom. The third bedroom, with a queen bed is located in the master wing adjacent to the main bathroom which has a large walk in shower. All bed and bath linens are provided as well as a supply of toiletries, paper and kitchen products.The master wing kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, flatware, linens, pots/pans and spices. There are two baking ovens, gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and icemaker. The second kitchen in the guest wing is equipped with microwave and a bar refrigerator.Sliding glass doors from each wing open onto a 500 sq ft deck with a full garden and covered patio.
