There is new tile flooring throughout, new paint, furniture and Hawaiian decor, as well as newly refurbished bathrooms. The master bedroom has a queen bed and flat screen TV. The hallway opens up to a welcoming living room which provides a Murphy bed and beautiful seating with another flat screen TV and DVD player. A charming screened in lanai enlarges the space and you are able to enjoy the outdoors and attractive foliage and views of the golf course. There is a washer/dryer, high output air conditioning, cable TV and wireless internet available.Turtle Bay Resort provides many activities including horseback riding, a beautiful swimming beach, and a picturesque walk along oceanfront trails and beaches. You can also rent mopeds and snorkeling equipment. This first class resort is just a short walk away where you can enjoy casual and fine dining and if you wish to indulge yourself there are spa services available.The condo complex has three swimming pools, tennis courts and barbeque areas, with two championship golf courses.
