(New dining room set and entertainment cabinet coming in March)This has a fully equipped kitchen which includes a stove, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, washer and dryer. The living room/dining room has a 48 inch flat screen TV with DVD player and cable TV. Seating for 4 at the indoor dining table and seating for 4 at the lanai table. The master bedroom has a deluxe king size bed with private bathroom and access to the lanai. Guest bedroom has 2 twin beds (which can be converted to one king size bed) with access to the second bathroom. Ocean view and sounds can be distinctively heard from both bedrooms. All towels and bed linens are provided as well as a hair dryer, iron and ironing board. Unit has 6 beach chairs, 4 beach mats, 2 boogie boards, 4 beach towels, cooler, games, puzzles and Hawaii Travel Guide book. The complex has a communal library for your use. The unit has air conditioning in each bedroom and living room. It also has 6 ceiling fans and 3 tower fans to keep the air moving for your comfort. Free wifi is provided in the unit. Beautifully landscaped complex has a swimming pool with salt water system, hot tub, tennis courts, ping pong, 2 exercise rooms and oceanfront gas barbeque grills and dining area. Free parking for your car with security gate at night. Watch sunsets from your lanai or when you’re feeling more social go down to the ocean seating where others gather daily to socialize and enjoy a beverage. Kona Makai has everything you need to enjoy your Hawaiian getaway located near restaurants, shopping, the farmers’ market, parasailing, jet ski and longboard rentals and whale watching. 2 1/2 miles south on Alii Drive is Kahalu’u Beach with some of the islands best snorkeling.
