To start, the entire unit was repainted with warm and welcoming colors. New decor and furniture were added throughout. In the living room, a beautiful shiplap accent wall was created with an LED fireplace. Another accent wall was created in the bedroom along with a large wall-mounted TV.The owner spared no expense in this renovation! Out with the old in with the new. The kitchen was completely redone! A brand-new granite countertop was installed along with a stunning backsplash! New cabinets were installed as well as new recessed lighting. All new stainless-steel appliances were also installed! In the bathroom, new countertops, faucet, mirror and towel bars were installed. Everything is practically brand new!Upon arrival guests will enter into the bedroom. The bedroom features a new king size bed and headboard, 2 new nightstands, and a stunning accent wall with wall mounted TV. This area features a closet for storage, dresser, and heat/AC.The kitchen is located in between the bedroom and living room and features new full-size stainless-steel appliances. Guests will have access to a fridge / freezer, stove, oven, top-mounted microwave, kitchen sink, new granite countertops, new backsplash, and plentiful cabinet space in the newly installed cabinets! The kitchen is fully stocked with basic cookware, utensils, dishes and cups, and everything you’ll need to cook! For guests who prefer to dine out, Myrtle Beach has hundreds of incredible dining options within a short drive or Uber. Uber Eats, DoorDash, and Post Mates have become very popular food delivery options along the Grand Strand.Behind the kitchen is where the full bathroom is located. The bathroom features a tub/shower combo, vanity, and mirror!Entering the living room, this is by far the most desirable area of the entire apartment. The living room is fully furnished with a new couch that converts to a queen size bed, a newly installed workstation that doubles as a bar area, a beautiful shiplap accent wall with LED fireplace, wall mounted TV, and access to the oversized oceanfront balcony featuring new Adirondack balcony chairs! This is a perfect rental for a couple, group of friends, or a family! Located on the 10th floor of the Boardwalk Resort, the view from the balcony is breathtaking, and many of our guests have spotted dolphins and beautiful sunsets!Be sure to pack light! All towels, toiletries, bedding, and linens are provided. We also provide starter amenities such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner for each reservation. We also provide 8 towels and 8 washcloths per bathroom. Past guests truly love the space, and we appreciate the fact that they treat it as if it were their own.The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and bedding. We truly want to make your experience with us as affordable as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a small fee.This updated rental is truly one of a kind, and we feel confident that you will enjoy your stay!
