This 1200 sq ft luxury apartment in the the heart of Old Key West is located only 2 blocks off Duval St and is a short walk or bike to all the fun of Key West ! Very quiet street with no through traffic. The property is completely private and safe, surrounded by a 6 foot gated fence and tropical landscaping.Due to local zoning laws we can only rent by the month. You do not have to stay the whole month, but we are not allowed to do nightly rentals.The kitchen sparkles with mirrorred walls behind glass shelving & plenty of sunshine . Cuisinart cookware & Fiestaware dishes fill the kitchen. The house is furnished with all new high end furnishings from Hickory White and Century. A luxury king size bed awaits you complete with feather pillows & 1000 ct sheets after a busy day or night . Full sized dining area seats 6. The large, private and quiet porch is perfect for relaxing with family & friendsThe apartment sleeps 4 with a comfortable pull out bed in the living room as well. It can also be combined with the upstairs Tree House unit to sleep a total of 11 people.This historic area of Key West is very quiet and residential with many long time “Conch” residents. Although we do not have a swimming pool on our compound , the biggest pool on the island is 3 blocks from the house at 300 Catherine Street. Fort Zachary Taylor Park that has Key West’s nicest and largest beach is 3 blocks to the park entrance.less
