Slider doors lead to the covered second floor deck overlooking historic Columbia Ave. where you can enjoy morning coffee or evening cocktails as you listen to the sounds of the horse and carriages pass by. Complete with a beach box on Howard St. Beach supplied with chairs and umbrellas! Tenants bring linens (sheets/towels).
