Just steps away, you will find covered parking, pool/spa area and tennis courts.Please Note: We offer basic cable streaming thru the Spectrum app, via Roku. All popular streaming apps are available to access using your own accounts.We do not have a dishwasher.*** The pool near the unit is being refurbished in September 2023. During this time…guests are welcome to use any of the other in the complex.***I am local and will be available to answer any questions you may have.Complex is near the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway entrance.
