Enjoy stepping back in time in this grand Savannah estate. Stroll through our lovely courtyard, and explore Savannah right out the front door. The perfect retreat for your Southern getaway.This estate is truly a piece of Savannah history and has maintained so many original details, including antique heart pine floors, floor-to-ceiling windows, fireplaces, and so much more. Despite these beautiful nods to the past, there are also so many modern updates including the stainless steel appliances inside of the large and completely updated kitchen, comfortable beds with luxurious linens, and a gorgeous bathroom renovation! Your space is half of the main house and is completely private.The other half of the house is completely separate, so there are no shared spaces, it is all yours! Although separate and private, sound can travel between units. You are also welcome to take advantage of the incredible shared outdoor space, including the perfectly manicured garden and courtyard. The 5 units can be bundled together for larger families or groups, please inquire for availability.This elegant estate is located directly on the famous Forsyth Park, in the heart of the Victorian District. You are within walking distance of amazing architecture, tours, museums, restaurants, and shopping.We highly recommend walking around town or renting a bicycle in order to fully appreciate our lovely Southern weather!Please note: The bedrooms and bathroom are located on the second floor of the home. The stairs are the original butler’s staircase and are QUITE steep. We do not recommend this space for individuals that have mobility issues or other trouble navigating steep staircases.Parking: Free Street ParkingThe Present at Park does have two private parking spaces located off the alley in the rear of the property. These spots are offered on a first come, first served basis. All other parking is street parking in front of and around the property and is free for everyone. Please note, on Saturday mornings to early afternoon Forsyth Park hosts a Farmers Market and the area is very busy. Street spots can be hard to find during this time.Check-in Time: 3:00 pmThe Present at Park uses self-check-in via your reservations boarding pass provided to all guests after booking is confirmed.
