So come enjoy the warm Carolina sun, the sweet sea breeze and put your toes in the sand at Marsh View Manor.The spaceSit back and relax on your personal patio with your morning coffee overlooking the marsh and the waterway. With breathtaking sunsets over the water seen from this third floor unit just outside your window enjoy this cozy and updated two bedroom, one and a half bath condo. We have a king bed in the master, a double bed in the secondary bedroom as well as a sleeper chair. Make yourself at home in the newly renovated kitchen and please help yourself to our beach chairs and toys left for you to enjoy during your stay! We hope you’ll love the area of Cherry Grove Beach as much as we do!Guest accessYou will be given check in instructions and a code once you book. There are two parking passes located inside the condo for your use. Please return passes once you check out.Other things to noteNO parties or smoking allowed of any kind in the unit. There will be a $500 additional cleaning fee charged if these rules are broken. We do not allow pets or smoking as we try to be respectful to our renters with allergies. If you violate this rule we will need to charge an additional, costly cleaning fee.
