GREAT LOCATION!! Upper floor, corner unit with windows on three sides. Shady balcony overlooking the pool with sunset and ocean views. Less than one mile walking distance to all Ali’i Drive attractions, Kailua Pier and some of Kailua Kona’s best restaurants. Close to Honl’s beach. Central location if you want to stay in town or easy access up to the highway to get out and explore the rest of the island!All are welcome to enjoy this little piece of paradise.Small, fully stocked kitchen with some basic amenities provided. The bedroom has a Queen size bed with a walk in closet and is down the hall away from living area. A futon is also in the living room for an extra sleeping area. The bathroom has a shower/tub combo and a large vanity and mirror.Perfect size for a couple or small family. Lots of movies, books, games and beach/pool gear available for use during your stay. There is a BBQ by the pool along with an outdoor shower, restrooms and an area to store a bicycle.A/C in the bedroom, but please conserve energy usage. Hawaii has the highest electricity costs in the country.
