Just across the street from the beach with two heated pools for our guests to use while vacationing in paradise!This spacious unit is beautifully furnished and recieved a few new updates in September 2021. Relax in the living room and watch your favorite program or the complimentary WiFi that is provided.Make yourself at home with the fully-equipped, open kitchen with dishwasher. Enjoy a hearty breakfast at the breakfast bar while planning your day or cook up your catch of the day for dinner and enjoy as a family at the large dining table!The master bedroom has a comfortable queen-sized bed and a ensuite bathroom with dual sinks and a walk in shower. The second bedroom has a set of twin-sized beds that also have the option to be converted into a king. This lovely condo also contains a den with a bunk bed for the kids to enjoy.Take full advantage of a private, screened in balcony off the living area. perfect for playing cards or just sipping a glass of wine after a sunshine filled day!Washer and dryer, all linens, and beach towels are provided.The complex extends from the Gulf Beach to a delightful dock on the bay! Come see the sunsets, you will be back time and time again! Enjoy the feel of sand between your toes, collect seashells or spot dolphins from the shore!Sunflower has it’s own parking spot under the building and an elevator.Accommodates up to 6 people. Minimum Stay Required: 1 Week.Max. parking: 1You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.* Cancellation more than 90 days prior to arrival will receive a deposit refund less a $250 cancellation fee. Cancellation less than 90 days prior to arrival will forfeit all deposit received. Cancellation less than 60 days prior to arrival will forfeit all monies on account. Cancellations must be confirmed in writing.
