Zilker Park is less than 5 miles & Downtown is a 10 minute Drive Nearby Restaurants, Liquor Store, Gas/convenience Store. Pennyback Bridge 3 miles away. This place is a real getaway relaxing & fun. Jet ski, canoe or kayak on Beautiful Lake Austin. Don’t be surprised when you see a Family of Deer strolling on beautiful tree lined Westlake Drive. Children are beautiful but this property is not appropriate for them. Adults only. No Pets or Smoking on the property.
