This said, you will understand that this villa is the perfect one for your vacation.**NOT included in our rental prices : Pool and spa heating. **Your safety and our team’s safety are our top priority. *** Pool heaters are set to 86 prior to your arrival. The reached temperature will depend on the weather. Pool heaters run 12 hours during the day. No refund or compensation will be given if the pool heater does not work unless the guests paid for the heating of the pool and it is proven that there was a technical issue that created an inconvenience. The refund or compensation will never exceed the amount paid by the guest for the heating of the pool.
