The bathroom also has been fully renovated with new fixtures, walk in shower and a shower panel with body jets and shower wand. The 534 sf unit also benefits from new impact windows, modern, easy to maintain 12 x 24 inch tile floors, free dedicated fiber optic WiFi and cable TV with on demand service.The unit is located in Sunset House, one of the lowest density buildings on the beach, and faces West offering stunning views of the Gulf and spectacular sunsets. It is an end unit and benefits from having an extra window on the side in addition to the two other windows and door to the balcony flooding the unit with natural light.The unit has a dedicated covered parking space. The complex is well managed and maintained with an over-sized pool and tropical landscaping. There is an inviting social room, BBQ area and of course there is direct private beach access.Please Note: inquire about pricing and availability before booking dates for stays less than 30 days and if dates straddle more than one calendar month. January stays typically start on January 2nd. February is only available with a January booking. A February + March booking is only available with a January booking or a February + March + April booking. The condo association charges a separate fee, currently $150, that is not included in the listed price. The condo association conducts a background check and requires a 7-day approval.
