Description

This unique property has a large living area with plenty of natural light provided by large picture windows. It’s divided into three parts: a tv viewing section, a dining area, and a sitting lounge perfect for games and socializing over coffee or drinks.There is a well-equipped kitchen with coffee station and bar seating as well as a small library that can be used as a work area.There are three bedrooms:1) First floor master with king bed, walk-in closet, and a large en-suite bathroom with spa shower2) First floor room with two twin beds and a dedicated desk that can be used as a work area3) A second floor loft with queen bed, private balcony, en-suite full bathroom and a dedicated work station.There is a large outside patio perfect for enjoying the beautiful cape weather, and there is a BBQ provided by the patio.For those with a boat, you’ll have access to the private neighborhood ramp to launch into the nearby bay!This property is a wonderful place to rest and relax as you enjoy the many close by beaches or the vibrant Falmouth downtown.
