Sitting on a spacious waterfront lot, Sweet Sojourn is located directly across from the public beach access, getting you on the wide, white sandy beach in just minutes. There is an elevator that services all three levels, as well as outside access to the first floor, outside access to the second floor, and a spiral staircase to the third floor.The first floor has a family room with a large flatscreen TV, a wet bar with a full-size refrigerator, a free-standing ice maker, and a bath. The second floor offers a great room that opens to a kitchen with countertop bar seating for seven. There is a convenient pass-through to the screened-in porch for food service. The porch will offer a dining table and ceiling fan, and a great place to relax and unwind. Three of the five bedrooms are located on the second floor. There is a king bedroom with a full bath, and two queen bedrooms with access to a full bath. The third floor offers two bedrooms, one bedroom with two twins, and one bunkroom with two sets of twin bunks, plus a hall bath.Outside, you’ll find 2 spacious tiled outdoor showers, a breezeway with 2 full hammocks, a grill, and 2 swinging hammock seats all illuminated by LED string lights. There is also a large floating dock with bench seating.There is a spiral staircase that you use from the second to the third floor, as well as an elevator for access to all three floors. You can overlook the second-floor great room from the third-floor loft area, and all of the windows make the entire house bright and airy. You will enjoy high-end appliances and unique lighting throughout the home. Sweet Sojourn sits on a lot with rip rap bordering, and a dock for you to fish and crab from, as well as to launch a kayak and tour the canals around the area. A unique amenity can be found in the backyard as well.
