You will be able to contact the concierge during your stay should you have any questions or concerns.The house is equipped with Direct TV, which includes ), HBO and Cinemax.The chic living room has a 42 inch Flat Panel TV, DVD player and stereo, There is also a 32 inch flat screen TV in the master bedroom, and a 20 inch TV in the first bedroom.All bedrooms have Memory Foam beds. The master has a king sized bed, the 2 other rooms have queen sized beds. Linen and blankets provided.We provide a handmade soap with ‘skin soothing’ Olive Oil. Not your typical hotel soap.The stylish eat-in kitchen has everything you need, such as pots, pans, coffee grinder, cappuccino machine, place mats, cloth napkins, silverware…..even a stocked spice rack! Shoot, if you want to make muffins…we’ve got the tins!Washer and Dryer, and we provide the laundry soap, dryer sheets and bleach!There is a glass rock gas fire place in the living room. Not needed often, but cool.Free Wireless Internet!The grassy backyard is very private and secure. And large enough for any sized pet!Island gas BBQ grill with a burner.An alluring Salt Water pool with arching jets of water. The pool is 16X37, great for doing laps or just basking in the sun on the floats. Pool heat $49.00 per dayLarge Jacuzzi big enough for 8 people. We also provide spa robes and beach towels…enough for everyone!Lounge chairs, tables, and an outdoor dining table for 6.Outdoor gas fire-pit for the winter months…or Smores lovers.4 mountain bikes for hitting the trails or just cruising the Strip.There is a 2 car garage and driveway, and plenty of street parking.This Desert-Modern Oasis with designer touches throughout is quite the get-away.(Please note: Check-in is 4:00 pm, check-out is 11:00 am. You can request early check-in or late check-out, for an additional $20.00 per hour, at time of booking. This would only be available if there is not an arrival of departure of another party.)
