Description
Our house is located in the waterfront community of Suissevale. Amenities include tennis courts, a beautiful beach, and a playground. There are 26 miles of maintained dirt roads for walking or biking. Great location in the heart of the Lakes Region. Bath towels, linens and paper products are provided. Finished on three levels. The main level has a kitchen, dining area, living room, full bath and one bedroom. A sliding door in the dining area leads to a beautiful screened porch with a ceiling fan and recessed lights. Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a full bath. On the lower level is a finished room with couches, 50″ television, air hockey and a refrigerator. WiFi internet access. The front yard has a fire pit. The community beach is about a half mile away. With access to the community beach, clubhouse, tennis court and playground, this is a great vacation home. I am available always and live 4 miles down the road. The community beach has a permanent volleyball court, barbecue grills, picnic tables, two swimming rafts, etc. Suissevale is about 4 miles from the center of Moultonborough and 17 miles north of Wolfeboro. Castle in the Clouds is about a five minute drive with its miles of hiking trails and excellent restaurant and Castle tours. The Suissevale community asks that renters not use the beach on Saturdays between Memorial Day and Labor day.
