Additional conveniences include a private washer/dryer and window AC unit.Located next to Exall Park, this apartment is a short drive from the Dallas Museum of Art, Dallas World Aquarium, Majestic Theater, Dallas Downtown Historic District, Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Garden, and numerous restaurants and shops.Other details to note:?The washer and dryer are a convenient two-in-one unit.?This rental includes only the studio space and does not include access to the main home on-site.?No smoking inside the studio?Street parking is available?Please note that the driveway is reserved exclusively for guests staying in the main home.?We allow well behaved cats and dogs with non-refundable deposit ($200 per pet per stay for 30 day stays) Note PET FEE. Shorter stays are $50 per pet stay . Please keep animals off furniture and pick up after your dog and please note that there is a penalty fee of $300 if there is a dog in the unit without notifying us.?Please be mindful of the electricity. We cover up to $200 per month and the excess will be billed back to you.?Please be aware that for stays longer than 30 days, a mid-stay cleaning is required and will incur an additional fee.
