This lovely 1BD/1BA second-floor condo is within the gated community of Plaza Villas community. You’ll find reserved parking, 2 community pools, hot tub, and a tennis court. Did we mention it’s a quick 5-min WALK to shops and restaurants?The condo is tastefully decorated and stocked for the perfect little getaway. Everything you need, whether you are solo or with a 2nd person, can be found within the unit. This is a dog-friendly property, so bring along with favorite four-legged friend. There is a BBQ grill (not pictured) on the front patio.Dog Fee Information (up to 2 dogs/stay)Stays between 2-20 nights, there is a $89/dog/stay fee.Stays of 21 nights or more, there is a $199/dog/stay fee.We ask that you pick up after your pet if they relieve themselves in the yard. Signs of extensive pet damage, could result in additional fees. Any signs of pets on the property without our knowledge will incur an additional $500 fee.
