This quaint 3 bedroom 1 bath home is freshly updated, stylish and has an open floor plan. Features a dedicated office space with a futon for extra guests. Features a full Kitchen with spices for the cook in your group. Also has a Duo Keurig to make a pot or pod of coffee. The living room has a 65″ smart TV and electric fireplace. Each bedroom features a queen bed with 43″ smart TV’s. The full bath has a tub shower with body wash, shampoo and conditioner. There is a washer & dryer in the bath closet. There is a side deck with grill.As your host, we aim to make your stay as comfortable as it can possibly be! Our mission is to help our guests create beautiful family memories in our cozy home. For us to do so, we would truly appreciate it if you can follow these house rules and confirm that is has been reviewed WITHIN 48 HOURS OF YOUR BOOKING. This is to ensure that if there is any reason the House Rules cannot be followed, you, our guest, will have the option of cancelling the booking penalty free. Thank you in advance and truly appreciate your cooperation! Our minimum age requirement is 25 in order to rent this property.•No Parties – If guests are found to have had a party which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.- No Smoking in the house- Quiet time is 10pm to 8am- 2 Pet Minimum – Pets are not allowed on furniture or bedding.- Please strip bed linens and place linens and towels by Laundry.- Start 1st load of laundry (towels) upon departure.- Place all dirty dishes in dishwasher and start.- Feel free to use the grill but pull away from house and please recover once cool and place back.- Please acknowledge that we or past guests may leave consumables such as condiments or snacks left behind if they are not empty. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. HOWEVER, ultimately, it is up to the guests’ discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables.• Do not rearrange the furniture• Do not disconnect and reconnect cabling from the TV or any other electronic devices.- If your stay is long enough to fill up your garbage receptcle then please take the receptcle to the street on Thursday evening for a early am Friday morning trash pick up and return receptcle back to the proper location. Recyclying is every other Friday.Lastly, because this is an Vacation rental community not a hotel, please be respectful of the property and our things.If you have read it this far, THANK YOU for being a SUPER GUEST!
