Comfortable and convenient is what this house is all about. Located on a serene, quiet part of the Coosawattee River come and relax on the back deck overlooking the river. Located only .5 miles from a gate on a paved road and less than 10 minutes to town and many restaurants this house offers easy access in and out of the community.The house has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths including 1 king and 1 queen. The king bedroom offers a screened in porch with a couch to enjoy watching the river float by or reading a good book. There is a fire pit, wood included, and rock stairs that allow for easy access to the river. The house is well appointed for eating inside or out. Outside there is seating available for dining or relaxing. There are French doors off each bedroom and the main living area that take you outside to enjoy the river.Pets are allowed but we ask that they are not on the furniture or in the bedrooms. We also have a place for your pooch with a food/water bowl for them to relax while you enjoy exploring the area.The house offers cable in the main living area as well as the king bedroom. There is a game are including Foosball, many board and card games as well. Plenty of fun for the kids and adults alike. You also have access to all the amenities at CRRA including 2 outdoor pools, 1 indoor pool, fitness center, tennis and put-put golf.
