Description
For the summer season 2024, June 28th thru September 6th, our normal Friday to Friday schedule is set to accommodate those guests coming for weddings and to help elevate traffic struggles getting to the cape during the summer times. We are close to the Wychmere Beach Club, walking distance to downtown Harwich Port, 1/2 mile to Bank Street beach and have a wonderful walking trial, Cold Brook Preserve, in our back yard.Owners will greet guests to cover house specifics and pleased to help with any other questions or interests.Clean modern well maintained 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom cottage will now adhere to the current standard suggested cleaning and disinfecting practices.Spacious master suite with sitting area and private access to the deck.Professionally equipped kitchen and service bar.We have a spacious deck, patio, central air conditioning, free internet and cable. Comfortable and well appointed, this property is minutes away from beaches and downtown Harwich Port. Our cottage comes with everything you need for an enjoyable stay – plenty of restaurants again just minutes for a relaxed stress free stay.Plenty of parking for 4+ automobiles. Grille included. Spacious deck with a large teak table, chairs and umbrella leads down to a large brick patio with additional seating.6 Beach ChairsOutside shower facilities for easy clean up after beach or a relaxing day lounging around our tastefully landscaped premises.Check in time for day of 3:00 pm.Check out 10:00 on the day of departure.Linens included: All beds made, hand, bath, and kitchen towels plus beach towels.
