Close to all yet relaxing and low, key – this is a beautiful VERY LARGE place, and the street parking is easy and abundant–+ACThe wild OB parrots visit both morning and evening ( in the spring) as local wildlife- and well mannered good family dogs are welcome as a visiting wildlife!Jets do fly over most of Ocean Beach- be up early and enjoy the morning!The house has been completely updated and offers a full AND READY TO COOK kitchen for family with new appliances. All linens ,towels and soaps are on hand for your convenience!There is a full laundry+ soap in the house. There is AIR conditioning, a fully fenced yard, a BarBQ in a side patio. Boogie boards, chairs, beach towels, toys and wagon are there for your beach play time.Families and travelers of all variety are welcome to live at the beach here! 8- 9 PEOPLE ARE COMFORTABLE (sleeping bags welcome , too!- squeeze an extra person!) in this big house – no feeling of claustrophobia- this is not a studio or small beach house… Best beach house on VRBO!Super clean always! Always wiped down with disinfectants- always!Not corporate owned- this is an individual that owns and runs this customer driven enterprise!.
