Wake up and sip coffee from your private deck at each bedroom.BR Parkway, Floyd VA, Fairystone State Park and Philpott Lake are all 20 mins away.The spaceUnique A-frame built on a bluff over-looking rolling hills and the Blue Ridge Mountains. 3 bedrooms and a loft allow for 8 guests to have a dedicated bed. But you can add 2 more if you use the air mattress. A luxury level hot tub, fire pit, corn hole and basketball arcade allow for relaxation and fun. Sit on one of the three decks and take in the sounds of nature. Watch the deer and turkey roam the fields through the binoculars. Listen to the sounds of the Smith River from the front deck.The sunsets are absolutely gorgeous as the sun sets over the mountains in front of you.Guest accessWhole houseOther things to noteWhile the driveway is paved if snow or ice are in the forecast, I recommend an all wheel or 4-wheel drive vehicle to make it up the short but steep driveway.Firewood is not always provided for the fire pit. However, there maybe some to use that is stacked by the patio during your stay. Please do not use the wood from inside next to the fireplace.
