The home offers 4 bedrooms and 3 and a half baths. Two master suites with en-suite baths. Relax by the heated pool and enjoy the fantastic warm sunshine. Ready for a round of golf? There is an executive golf course close by with views from the front of the home. Guests will have access to one of the 2 garages. 3 month minimum in season. April available for 1 month rental. Weekly rentals considered May thru December.Accommodates: up to 8 guests1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Double, 1 TwinExtras: Wifi, heated pool, cable TV, linens, PRIVATE DOCKPlease note electric bill is capped at $250 per month.
