Just 19 blocks long, the community is known for its friendly atmosphere, panoramic beaches, great seafood, and tropical wildlife. The next stage is for Indian Shores beaches, which is scheduled for preparations on December 8, 2023, with work beginning on Monday, December 11, 2023. The project is slated to last until January 31, 2024. Beaches will be closed in the area during this time and will not be accessible to guests.Beach chairs, towels, toys (boogie board, volleyball, frisbee, etc), and a cooler are available.Sand Dollar complex wristbands will be provided in the unit. They must be worn in the pool and common areas year-round.Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.This rental is located on floor 1.Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
