Our NEWLY RENOVATED cozy cottage is right on the beach. You can’t get any closer than a home on the beach. Great fishing spot out the back door, paddleboarding, swimming, kayaking, sunsets, long walks, great local bike trail.Located only minutes from downtown Old Saybrook.There are two bathrooms, one is located on the first floor (1/2 bath) near the entrance and kitchen. The second full private bathroom is located on the second floor. Also included in your stay is an outdoor shower with hot and cold water.What to Do?Two major shopping premium outlets, Westbrook and Clinton. Award winning casinos, Foxwoods and Mohegan Sun. Close to Mystic Seaport, Mystic Aquarium, Gillette Castle, the New London ferry which departs daily to Block Island and Long Island. Beautiful beaches. New Haven nightlife 25 minutes south on I-95 or Middletown’s restaurant’s 25 minutes north on Rt. 9.Getting Around?Train station is 3 miles from the cottage for easy travel to Boston and New York located in Old Saybrook with complimentary parking.
