With an unbeatable location just a short walk away from main street, Peak 9 ski area and downtown Breck, you and your guests will be thrilled with the convenience of being so close to all there is to offer in town. Great for close-knit groups and families, this 2BD basement level condo boasts a beautiful kitchen area, living room space. After a day of adventuring, this is the place you want to be!The Space:This 2 BD/1BA condo is perfect for groups or families looking to relax nearby downtown Breck. This basement level condo is spacious and gets plenty of light. Washer/dryer in unit. Recently updated bathroom that includes a shower. Elevator for accessibility.Please note that like most homes in Breckenridge, we do not have A/C.Breckenridge STR License Number: 452300001Guest Access:Guest have access to the entire 2 bedroom condominium.Interaction with Guests:We are in town and available during your stay!The Neighborhood:Known as Columbine Circle, the neighborhood is Breck’s ideal location. Walking distance to Main Street and Peak 9 ski lift. Bus stop towards the end of the parking lot.Getting Around:Located at the south end of Main Street so the entire town of Breckenridge is accessible by foot. Check out the “Breckenridge Free Ride,” a free bus with routes to the gondola and throughout downtown.Uber is available in town as well.Other Things to Note:Elevator for accessibility.Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts’ opening and closing dates.Interaction with Guests:We are offsite but available when needed. Please message us through the app or booking platform for the quickest response.House Rules:• Not suitable for children and infants• No smoking• Pets are not allowed• No parties or events• Check-in is anytime after 4PM• 50% of payment is due upfront and the rest of the payment is due (14) days before arrival.• Booking Fee: We charge an additional, non-refundable fee of 2% of the total payment to cover the cost of booking processing.• The credit card holder must provide a picture of the back and front of their ID via a secure and encrypted portal upon confirmation for fraud protection.• Please promptly respond to any inquiries or requests for additional information to ensure the confirmation of your booking; failure to respond in a sufficient manner may lead to cancellation of the reservation.
